Radvision has announced new videoconferencing capabilities for the Apple iPhone, iPad and Google Android mobile devices. SCOPIA Mobile V3 is said to be the first enterprise application for Apple iOS and Google Android, allowing users to connect with full video, audio and H.239 data collaboration to standards based videoconferencing and telepresense systems worldwide. SCOPIA mobile V3 is based on Radvision’s BEEHD client framework, making it easy to develop HD video enabled applications across different platforms.

SCOPIA Mobile users will have the benefits of being able to participate in enterprise video and telepresense conferences, leveraging the latest mobile device including Apple iPad 2, iPhone 4, Android based Motorola Xoom, Samsung Galaxy tab and HTC Thunderbolt. Other SCOPIA Mobile V3 highlights include Apple iOS and Android support, simultaneous viewing of video and data collaboration, HD videoconferencing, mobile Broadband  and Wi-Fi capabilities and one click to join functionality, meaning participants can just click one link or calendar on a device enabled by Radvision’s advanced enterprise integration.

As in previous SCOPIA Mobile software releases, the V3 will also have data collaboration with review, the ability to easily invite other participants into a meeting, the ability to moderate and control meetings and conference administration. Mobile V3 will be available in the second half of 2011.
